That looks so good! How do you get the eggs shaped like that?

You use a pan like this, called an egg poacher. (Amazon)
Put water in the bottom and bring it to a boil, then melt a little butter in each cup.
Add an egg to each, and cook to desired doneness. (Roughly 8 mins for above, but check.)
When done, remove cup carefully (hot!) and flip onto buttered toast.

My mom used to butter a frying pan, then put water in it and bring it barely to a simmer. She'd crack each egg into a pyrex ramekin and carefully ease the egg (without the ramekin) into the water. She'd splash the simmering water carefully over the egg until the top was slightly cooked. Her eggs weren't as nicely rounded as yours, but man... I haven't had dropped eggs on toast in ages. Eggs were on sale for 99cents a dozen today, so I have a lot of eggs. Might need to make these some day soon!
