Shouldn't have called "Jeane" Day

It worked this morning for Christmas Day PS... so I thought it would work for a room for our arrival night.

After a little over an hour on hold, the CM told me nope, can't do it, can't book anything new right now, call back Wednesday. But, but, but I've been on hold for an hour. Anyway, she put me back on hold to "check". Came back, nope, can't do it.

The message NEVER said they wouldn't book anything new, just that I might have a long hold... I called back to confirm opening messages.

My bad for calling while Jeane is in town... darn Jeane
 
I'm on hold right now - to change ressies from Vero Beach (we own DVC) to somewhere in Orlando. I wonder if they can even do that at the 407- WDisney number. Anybody know?

Will they make changes to existing ressies?

You might have a problem. Most people at the reservation center don't have a clue how DVC works.

Your best bet might be to call the DVC resorts directly, but I would just wait until tomorrow morning and call DVC.

Also, keep in mind that several of the reservation centers and the computers are in Orlando.... things could be tough.
 
I called saturday (yesterday) to reserve our rooms, half way into it her manager told her that she had to cut off the call due to having to get prepared for Jeane to come.... guess they had to tidy up for their "guest".:p
hope they're all okay, anyway she advised to call back Monday.
