Should we just upgrade??

My boyfriend and I are heading down the end of May; we have reservations at POR, but would really, really love to stay at the WL. This is our first vacation together, and we're going right after our college graduation, so it's a pretty special trip. Should we just upgrade to the WL? We were going to wait until codes come out, but I'm afraid if we wait, there won't be any rooms left! As it stands, I have my AAA discount, which will save us 10% at the WL, which would still be better than nothing... What do you think??

If you can afford the WL without a code, I would absolutely book it now. If a code comes out all the better, but don't take a chance on waiting just in case there are no more room at the WL available.

ITA. I would book it now. More than likely, there will be a code for May.

Thank you for the advice! I just called and upgraded to the WL with the AAA discount; expensive, but very worth it!! Now I just have to wait until May!
