Ok Seriously considering Disney Paris in connection with another tour we will be taking in Europe next Spring.

What do we need to know before we go?

We normally stay at Port Orleans Riverside at WDW - which resorts at DLP are similar - not New Orleans themed but moderate?

How is the pin trading there?

Thanks in advance!:wizard:

Hi PinGirl and welcome to DLP DIS board :wave2:
We are a friendly bunch here so please join in on any other thread or if you have a number of questions then just start a new thread for each :goodvibes

If you have not had a look yet, posting guidelines can be found here and details regarding help on signatures here

Have a look at the Hotel sticky at the top of the board that gives you the low down on the hotels :goodvibes

Our kids pin trade for fun and have a great time. I'm sure you would find DLP specific pins to add to your collection :)

Hi Cyrano - thanks for the info! I did read the Hotel sticky -just looking for people's personal comments. I asked about the pin trading because I spoke to a guest at WDW who told me they have suspended pin trading in Disney Japan - so I just wanted to check. :surfweb:

I would say that Sequoia Lodge and the Newport Bay Club are the most similar to WDW moderate hotels. You could have a look at the Virtual Visits to see which of them appeals more, though I should mention that the rooms at the Newport Bay have had mixed reviews recently :)
