Should we go Saturday or Tuesday?

Hello everyone,

We're going to DL next week for 7 days and have a 6 day park hopper ticket. My question is related to crowds only. We have the option of going on Saturday when both SoCal AP's are blocked out OR for Tuesday morning only (leaving for the airport around 1:00pm for a 5pm flight).

What would you do and why? Thanks!!

I would pick a full day Saturday over a half day Tuesday anytime!!!! It is spring break, so no guarantee that Tuesday will not be as crowded as a Saturday. On Saturday you have a long day to manage the crowds. Start bright and early and have a couple hours of less crowded times, collect FPs, take an afternoon break, and come back for the evening. Crowds tend to drop off the last couple of hours as well when the park is open til 12.

I totally agree. Usually the last couple of hours before closing a lot of rides are walk on. I find it the best time to ride Nemo (usually a 5-10 minute wait at that time!) and such.
