My husband and I are hooked.. We took our 1st trip in Jan of 2005. We returned from our 3rd trip in Sept. 2006. We are now thinking of of a 10 day trip in Feb 2007. Should we get annual passes? What are the perks? I don't think we will be back in 2007 after our FEB. trip because we are having baby #2 in June. But would we be money ahead to get Annual passes anyways? I feel like we might have missed the opportunuty to save some $$ by not purchasing AP a while ago. So what are the perks and should we consider it?

Myself, my roommate and my boyfriend all have annual passes, and I can honestly say that is the best money I have ever spent. I frequent Disney at least three times a month, making my AP well worth the price I paid. But, I live just 30 minutes away, making it much easier to visit as much as I do.

Maybe try comparing how much it would be for a pass versus how much tickets would be for 10 days.

With an AP you get discounts in certain stores and restaurants, and also discounts on certain days of special events (Not-So-Scary, Very Merry Christmas, Pirate and Princess party, etc.) I also recently discovered that passholders are able to ride on new rides or see new shows before anyone else. I got to ride the new Finding Nemo ride in EPCOT about a week or so before it opened to the public :)

Good luck figuring out what would be best for you!
