Some years, like the 50th Anniversary, the prices go up twice. For price hikes, it is best to keep a general eye on the boards. When a rumor surfaces, someone will post about it here.
Increase of WDW park tickets have been annually in Feb the past 4 years. And of course now you can't buy and hold tickets long term because they've implemented expirations of Dec 31 of following year and 14 days after first use. But you can get a credit of what you paid if you let it expire towards new higher priced tickets. I am using an old ticket this trip plus trying out a discounted auth dealer ticket (Park Savers). Have 2 more old tickets left with the grandfathered no expiration to use before we move back to FL one day.

Sorry for overlooking that. But same info. Disneyland tickets went up the same day 2/12/17, and Ea of last 3 feb', now have the expirations for end of the year you purchased them, or next yr if bought at near end of yr
