I voted for smoke free; I'm sorry, but I had to...the designated areas aren't enforced as they should be, and that's too bad.....

I have yet to find the right address, but I think a torrent of mail would certainly send this issue to the forefront of guest relations, where it deserves to be. Does anyone know? Or any CM's out there have some feedback on what management is planning to do about visitors not adhering to the rules?

this summer, I only saw 2 or 3 groups of people NOT in the designated area. None of them spoke English. Perhaps they were from a country that allows smoking? Maybe the confusion is that the size of the areas need to be marked better? Some may think only one foot from the ashtray cans, maybe others feel that it is 7 feet from them. It is not like there are lines painted on the ground to designate the area.

If they aren't enforcing the designated smoking areas, why would they enforce smoke free?
