Should I use my car or the busses?

I am another one who takes my car everywhere except to the MK. I can't stand the Transportation and Ticket Center or the tram ride on top of the monorail/boat ride.

We have used Disney transportation twice now and have had no problems at all. I had just hired a car so we could eat offsite but changed my mind and cancelled it and used the $$$s to upgrade to Beach Club resort instead of Pop CENTURY.

I prefer that car to waiting in lines for the bus to come, as someone else stated Mk is the only park that it might not be beneficial taking the car over the bus. Just my 2 cents on the matter.

We rented a care during our last vist, and I'm really glad we did. It saved a lot of potential frustration. We were able to just get in the car and go where we wanted when we wanted. I do have to say that when we did use Disney transportation it worked perfectly, but having a car just gives you more options, and I'm willing to pay for that.

Personally, with all driving I do to get there(11 hrs.), I don't drive until I have to come back home. I leave the driving to WDW while I'm there. No complaints.
