Should I tweak this at all?

I have been obsessing and would like some opinions. We aren't park hopping, so we either need to eat in the park or choose a close by resort. ALso we are looking for any quick serve ideas, as well as snacks.

1/27~ Check in at 3 pm walk around resort, grab a quick serve at resort, take bus to HS for Fantasmic, and head home.

1/28~MK likely breakfast in room or grab a snackquick serve at Port Royale to make RD. Quick serve in MK(Where). Dinner at Tony's at 5:30

1/29~AK 8:05 breakfast at Tusker House. Snack/quick serve depending on hunger(?where) Dinner at Bomas 4:30

1/30~Epcot~ breakfast in room or grab snack/quick serve at PR. Nine Dragons for lunch 12 noon(might consider switching to lotus blossom)but I love chinese food!! Garden Grill at 5:30

1/31~Epcot~breakfast in room or grab snack/quick serve at PR. 12 noon lunch CHefs de France 5:30 at Teppan Edo

2/1~MK 8:10 at Crystal Palace. Snack/quick serve(?where) 'Ohanas at 5:30

2/2~ HS snack/quick serve breakfast at PR. Lunch(?Where??) Dinner 5:30 Sci-fi

2/3-2/4 quick serve breakfast at PR head to universal

2/5~ only plan is CHef Mickey's at 5 followed by Pirates and Pals cruise at 6:45 to see Wishes. Likely eat breakfast and lunch at PR.
