should I try to change ADR times

2 of our ADRs are at 8:30pm, one is at Coral Reef, the other is at Le Cellier. I realize I may not be able to change them. I guess my real question is this a good time to dine at these restaurants? It will just be dh and I, so the time isn't a problem, but is this the latest reservation? Will we feel rushed or anything?

We've eaten at 8:30 p.m. at several different restaurants in the different theme parks. We do not feel rushed at all! We actually like eating later than the norm.
