Should I of gotten a confirmation email?

Just curious I booked one of the backstage tours yesterday and while the phone CM gave me a confirmation number I never got a confirmation email and at least on mobile nothing shows up on MDE

I wouldn’t be so worried except when I booked she had said Friday 1/26 the first time then she said she accidentally clicked Monday 1/29 and asked if that date worked or if she should go back...we said the 29th was fine and took the day off work (locals) though now I’m paranoid we will get there only to if had it booked the Friday before and if been charged no show fees

Disney Tours don’t send out emails and the tours do not automatically link up to your MDX account.

The only thing to do to confirm the date of your tour is to call Disney and give them your Confirmation number.

I usually add those confirmation numbers in MDE. On the website, upper left hand corner, you can manually Add Plans, then Add a Note. Type in the time, location and confirmation number. Then you're never without it.

I did exactly this for our trip last May and plan to do the same for our late February trip.

The no email confirmation always freaks me out too because I'm a natural worrier. I always call a few days before my trip and confirm any tours I have just to be sure. It has paid off because one time they had the wrong date for me and I was luckily able to get it corrected.

We never got a confirmation e-mail or anything for our Wild Africa Trek a few years back even though my TA said I should. I didn't even exactly know where I should go. I worried constantly. Went to AK early (well, we intended to anyway) to see if I could figure out where to go. Found an area clearly labelled, saw a CM, she checked on her clipboard and yes, indeed, we were registered. So much worry for nothing, the whole thing went totally smoothly. But it would be nice if they did give you an e-mail.
