Should I keep calling?

I'm obsessing a bit.....

Have a passholder rate of $99 for Dec 3-8 at CSR. I REALLY want to get into either AKL or WL. The passholder rate is available at AKL but only for the savannah view. I'm keeping prices down and that is more than I want to spend (even with the AP rate, it's more than double the price at CSR). On recent trips I've gotten standard views at both AKL and WL for under $200 per night (including the tax). I thought since this trip was in value season I'd be able to get something similar (with or without my AP rate). I've called 407-WDISNEY several times and had them check with and without my AP rate and still nothing.

Should I keep calling? Is it worth it to call every day? Is it worth it to call and suggest it's a 'new' reservation and then cancel the old? Does AAA have a room only rate that might beat my AP? Any suggestions????

I highly doubt that AAA will be beat your price of your AP at CSR. We are in Value season in January and we paid 1400 with park hoppers and king room for 6 nights...tickets were around 500 +, so our room was near 900. I would keep trying, never know when a standard room opens up.

Keep trying! I had POFQ but really wanted CSR and finally something opened up! The best time to call if first thing in the morning. Good luck!

Yes, keep trying. It took me almost a month after the passholder rates for December came out, but I finally got my last 2 nights! (The rest I had gotten immediately, and I had 2 reservations - 2 nights at AAA rate and the rest at passholder rate.) You can also try looking at the passholder page at DisneyWorld.com - that's where I found my availability - and then I called CRO to make the actual change to the reservation.
