Should I go to Alfredos before it closes?

I was a fan of Alfredos in Epcot over the years but haven't been there in a while. I've read that things have gone downhill there lately . I was wondering if I should go there one last time this August before they close or do you think the place/staff will have "run for the busses" by then?

Well, if you are from New York, I'm going to guess that you live within an hour's drive of half a dozen Italian restaurants that rival the best of what Alfredo's has to offer.

So I'd go with something else. But that's just me. Also, the restaurant is scheduled to be open after it is no longer Alfredo's; just as a newly-named restaurant. At least that's what I understand.

No. There's a reason why it's being closed. Take that as your answer. ;)
Have a great dinner somewhere else!!

For sentimental reasons... yes.

FWIW, we had lunch there 5/16 & everything was great. Mind you, I could take it or leave it here but my kids really like it & I have never had a bad meal.

We will be back the end of Aug but are not planning on dining there as I am skeptical about that being their last week of operatin.

I would go one last time if I were you.

DH and I went for the 1st time a couple of weeks ago, we were hungry at lunch time, weren't in the mood for counter service, so we called Disney Dining and got an ADR at Alfredos about 30 minutes later.

We were seated about 12:00 and the restaurant was pretty much empty. We had a wonderful server who was so nice and attentive, I can believe how many times he checked on us. I had the fettucini alfredo--it was so good and rich and DH had the sampler. For dessert we shared the tirimisu, I was wishing we each gotten our own! I was stuffed, but it was SO good! We were both so impresed with the restaurant, we were mad at ourselves for blowing it off for so many years!

We really like Alfredos and I planning on going back in August one more time. I like the pasta sampler, the lasagna and the fettucini - yummy!

I would say Yes. This is our favorite restaraunt at Epcot. But it seems to be hit or miss with people. some love it and others do not like it.

We will be very sad when it is gone. Just my humble opinion.

If its anything like Teppanyaki the week before it closed i'd say run for the hills...they had shut half the place down already and offered a modified menu....we will forever laugh at the Hotdog sushi roll as the kids menu choice as they dismantled the fryers and couldn’t think of anything else to offer kids....
