should I give up on Kenny

I have heard so many good things about Kenny I thought I would give him a try, this made great sense as I would prefer a 6 person cart and disney doesn't provide them. I'm also looking to rent for a 14 day period so it makes sense to go offsite for cost reasons.

I started with a phone call and got a call back from Kenny a couple of days later but he played back the wrong dates - ok I figured he mixed the dates up with another customer.

I sent an email with all my details as Kenny provided an email address in his return call.

After a week I didn't receive a reply to my email so I called him and gave my information again and referred him to my email.

After another 3 days I called again and left the same information.

Its day 4 since the last call and still nothing from Kenny.

How does anyone get a successful reservation with this guy. Even if you get a reservation can you really trust him to come through with your cart or does he sometimes forget to do that too?

I used him once he was on time and the price was unbeatable

I called Kenny on Monday and left a message, he called me back on Tuesday and got booked, he called me later, just to make sure all was well, as I called him twice, but only left 1 message and he wasn't sure if he missed that call. I did leave one at his other number, and got a call this morning from his wife, when I told her it was already booked, she said good, she just wanted to make sure, as they have been busy. I only use Kenny and would not give up on him, he is johnny on the spot and great prices and one very nice and cool guy to deal with, but he is a small business and it takes time to get him sometimes.... But, I do not think Kenny does the 6 person carts, just the 4 person....

We have reservations with Kenny for a golf cart for 10 days at Christmas. I did send an email but was told that Kenny was busy & often delayed answering emails. I got a couple times hoping that Kenny or his wife would answer. When I called late one afternoon, Kenny answered & was very nice and helpful. I'm looking forward to meeting him.

He does now have at least 1 6 person cart. I have it reserved in January. Just keep trying. I rented from him last December and never met him. Everything was done over the phone. He can be elusive.

I have used Kenny many times and he has never let me down. I would call him on the phone again he is really on the road a lot going back and forth to FW!!

He has never let me down either. I have used him 4 times.

Keep trying him.

I think Kenny operates in a world of controlled chaos.

He was great with us 2 years ago and don't think I've ever read a bad review. While I'd prefer a more formal process for reserving, etc, his way works fine for his business and he delivers the goods.
