Should I e-mail MS about pin?

Has anyone ever e-mailed MS about not getting the VWL pin? If you have what was your response if any? If not do you think I should? I'd like some imput in this. Thanks

The VWL pin was a gift from the sales department and was not a MS program at all. You should probably call your vacation guide to check on the pin.
I don't know the details about who was to receive the pin (or the license plate), since neither was a DVC program, but both were from DVD. Good Luck!

Thanks Doc. Its funny I did receive the license plate which I just display in my back window. Being from NJ we can't use it we have 2 plates. But never received the pin.

Last week I e-mailed MS about something else and mentioned I had not received the pin. They said they would forward the information about missing the pin to "the department responsible for the mailing". I have no idea who my guide is anymore!

We never received the license plate or the pin. We did get a calendar a few years ago, but nada since then.

Same here, dbond. All I have is a tote bag from 1994. I am still waiting for the pin. When I called MS at the beginning of March, they said to call back if it didn't come by the middle of March. Now it is the beginning of April and still no pin. I never did get a chance to call back but am planning to email today. We have had two different guides since '94 and I'm not sure if either one of them is still around.

I called member services today about the WLV pin since we had not received one yet. They ordered one for me and said it would be here in 6 - 10 working days.
