Hi everyone!

I just need a few opinions on this since I have never done the dinner package or even seen Fantasmic. It's on our to-do list this year and I chose the 10:30 show thinkig it will draw less crowds. Do you think I should go ahead and book the package, or will I be fine without it given the time? Or maybe I should book the package with the 9:00 show? This is for Wednesday Aug. 6th. Thanks for any opinions on this?

If you book the dinner package, you will not have to line up 1 1/2 or 2 hours before the show to have a seat. You will be told a time to meet at a specified spot to walk to the theater a back way. I would book a package to assure a seat for your first time. I have done this with Brown Derby and Mama Mia's. Brown Derby was a little too expensive for me, so I'll do other restaurants in the future. I did enjoy Mama Mia's.

As far as I know, Disney doesn't offer the Dinner Package with the later/second showings of Fantasmic. The good news is that the later show is always less crowded than the first so it is generally easier to get seats without a terribly long wait in line.

Good luck!

I have also read that you won't have trouble finding a seat for the later show. I'm jealous, we're going in July and there is only one show scheduled all week we are there!
