Hi
Ok, ive made an ADR for San angel inn for febuary (valentines day) but ive been reading alot of bad reviews, is it realy yucky? ive seen a couple of pics and the food kind ov looks a mess! i was finkin ov tryin the chicken with the hint of chocolate, has n e one tryed it? and liked it? or should i change my ADR? maybe coral reef? any sugestions? it dosnt hav 2 be epcot, we are already eating at boma, jiko, cali grill, citricos, mama melrose, LTT, le celier, Teppan edo, o'hana and kona....

This has been several years ago but I didnt not care for San Angel Inn. I like Mexican food but the taste and appearance really turned me off. I couldnt even begin to tell you what I had though. My wife enjoyed it though so its a 50/50 split from my household.

My opinion is that I would dump San Angel. Much better food at the cantina on the water front in Mexico. I would also advise against Coral Reef as I had a bad experience there as well. What about Le Cellier or Tapanaki as some alternatives.

Fron the choices you listed as having already reserved you like good food so I would advise against San angel Inn. I would try the French Bistro or Narcoosees, or the Flysing Fish on the Baordwalk.... Actually the British fish and chips place in Epcot has some of the best fish ever for its kind. Light and tasty....

Oh, sorry. San Angel Inn can't be beat for the atmosphere which would be great for Valentine's Day. The food is pretty mediocre, it's not bad but it's certainly not spectacular. We brave the food there about once a year just for the ambience. Have a great time no matter where you decide!
