I would say, yes because it does have more images in an image, if that makes more sense. I would check the sig rules to see if your OK.

I've checked the signature a long time ago, and they said it was fine. Should I ask them to check it again?

I checked myself now, it's over the limit with just the glitter image and 'cute and fluffy'.
