OK been planning our 1st WDW family vacation for about 8 months now and i've changed times park days etc and i think i've got it!
Does this look reasonable to you - the Disney experts? We will be travelling with two boys 4 & 6 - they both love rides!!!!!!!
OK here i go:
arrive in Orlando on Sunday, August 27th -- staying the the CBR and will be staying for 8 nights with the free dining plan....
We arrive late morning so i'm planning on unpacking - swimming at the hotel, maybe renting some boats and then heading to DTD in the evening for Dnr @WolfGang pucks (6pm) and just looking around - Does anyone know how far the bus takes to get from CBR - DTD?
Monday - i'd like to get to Epcot for opening and hit FW side then having lunch at Garden Grill (1pm) after lunch perhaps walk around WS a bit b4 heading back to CBR for a swim and CS dnr by the pool.
Tuesday - MK for opening lunch at Plaza (12:50p) stay at MK till late afternoon and head back for swim/dnr unless we can't pull ourselves out of MK then we'll just stay and have dnr at a CS in MK.
Wednesday - Sleep in a bit b4 heading out to MGM - go for lunch at Sci-Fi (1:30) and stay for the illuminations show - eat a CS while waiting for show to begin.
Thursday - this is my main concern - i'd love to hit MK for the Morning Hours just don't know how we'll get up early after staying out late guess we'll wing it. Really just want to hit MK in the AM stay for lunch at CP (12pm) and then head back to CBR for perhaps a nap swim relax................maybe kids go to game room etc.
Friday - AK Day at night going to Dnr at JIKO and the kids will go to the kids club at AKL.
Saturday - Again sleep in spend the late morning swimming and head to MK late afternoon and have dnr at Chef Mickey's (6pm) and watch the fire works at MK.
Sunday - Hit Epcot in the late afternoon - walk around World Showcase - have dnr at Coral Reef 6pm - stay for illuminations and perhaps back to MK for the EMH!
Labor Day - MOnday - we can sleep in a bit - have bkfast in the hotel - swim relax b4 having to head for the airport.
So thats it..........We do have parkhoppers - more i guess as a back up becasue i think hopping around will be too much for us but we'll see
I know we have lots of TS lunches, but i think my kids will need a break from the sun since we're not the type of family to go back for a rest in the afternoon - we'll do better getting to sleep early!
any comments?
