I had 2 rooms booked under one reservation number using "the code", I called today to cancel one of them, my grandmother passed away she wont be going we dont need the extra room... SOOOOO its harder than just a click of the mouse to get rid of the room it seems... first time I called talked for about 5 min told them what I needed to do blah blah blah... them put me on hold... sooo I wait and wait and wait... 20 (i'm not kidding) minutes go by... I get disconnected
So I call back... I get another person... tell them I just called blah blah blah... she's like who all is in your party.. they didn't cancel who I needed them to cancel.. DH was missing so she put him back in the system... meanwhile... DH answers the house phone (I called from the cell) its Disney calling me back so now i'm on with 2 people from disney one on each ear
I get off with the 2nd person I called.. I go back to the one who had me on hold she tells me its gonna be awhile they'll call me back when its all straightened out... sooo its been about 6 hours now... do I wait for a call back??? or Call them back??
