Should I call now and reconfirm my ressies?

I made ressies the day the codes came out. My ressies said I had to pay the balance by Dec 13th. I called and they said it was a mistake and I didn't have to pay until check-in. I asked them for a new reservation to be sent to me. That came and it also said I had to have the balance paid in full by Dec 13th. I figured I didn't need to worry about it, and it was just a mistake. But now I'm getting nervous. What if we get there and our reservations are gone??? Then what?

Should I just send the money in? I do have it set aside. I was just going to use our cc for the whole trip and then pay the card off once we got home from our trip. Or should I call Disney back and insist they send me something in writing saying that balance isn't due until check-in?

Also, I guess I'll need the toll-free number for ressies.

I had the same situation. the CM said he changed it in the computer and everything was state on my ressies. You will be alright, did you get the CM name?

If you have the money, and you'd feel better paying it, then you can. We were told our rooms didn't have to be paid till we checked in, but I preferred to have them paid off before we traveled (helps me to budget to pay things off before hand). It was not a problem, and when we moved resorts unexpectedly, they just transferred the balance to the new resort. (That may have been because they were sister resorts, I am not sure on the policy)

I made reservations tthe day the codes came out too. I have called at least a half dozen times since then because for the first time ever I have yet to receive a hard copy of my reservation! Each time I call they confirm that it's made, and promise to send another one out. Address is correct, what could be the problem? It's for April 1, 2005, maybe they delay when it's that far in advance, although they keep saying that's not the case. hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
