Should I call DCL or my TA?

Hello All,
I need to pose a question.
I would like to know when my docs will be arriving. I booked through Sears travel and my TA said initially that the docs would only arrive two weeks before departure.
After reading these boards, I have noticed that everybody going on the same cruise I am have there docs already. Some people who are going on cruises later than us have there docs as well.
A week and a half ago we asked our TA again and she said not to worry and wait until the two week mark.
My question is, should we call DCL directly and see what is up with our docs or give our TA the benefit of the doubt and wait?
Any advice is appreciated,

Once you have booked through a travel agent, DCL typically won't talk to you directly or give you any information. Instead, they will advise you to call the TA.

Call your TA and have them check on the status of your docs for you.

we go our doc's in march and we have our own air, my parents used disney air and they just got them thursday. both are from the same ta. hope this helps. i would still call!

I called today. My specific TA was not in but the docs are!!!!!!!
I am going to pick them up later this afternoon.
