Should I buy it?......

I've been stalking the airfare sites for weeks. I found $158 per person a few weeks ago with continental before I had my money. Now the lowest I found it was today at $188 per person. I have 3 months til my trip. should I buy it at 188 now or do you think it will go lower? My budget for two people total is 400, 188 brings it just $18 over that budget which is ok.

We are flying in Sept, and have only purchased the flights going, because the returning flights are 184 pp. 188 RT is a great price.
