Should I book now!

We are planning on going on May 24th 2005. With a family of 5 we are hoping to stay at the Dolphin. I've just been waiting for the rates to come out. We were waiting for the 2005 entertainment book and since the Dolpin isn't in it this year, I'm holding out for a teacher rate. I really, really want to stay at the Dolphin, after reading this board multiple times daily for the past 4 months, you have all convinced me. But, if by chance this discount never comes through, should I go ahead and book POR now and then cancel if I can get the Dolphin at a good rate($150ish) One of the treads in the past day or so mentioned a dental convention about that same time and I didn't want to wait too late even if there was a good rate, and find there were no rooms available. Since we have the 5 of us, those were the only two places that looked like they would work for us without getting much pricier.

You can always book now and change your ressie later if you find a better rate.

I too am looking at May 2005. I've made a list. WL, AKL & the Swan. Those are the 3 I'm considering for May so whichever I can get the best rate on, is the one I'll pick. I don't want to book anything yet though, till we get back from our Dec. trip. (although I admit I looked at airfare today and was amazed that there were some good fares for May 2005 already)
