Should i book night by night, or wait it out-leave in 3 weeks

we are going to wdw oct 2-7. We are booked at SSR right now and have been on the wait list for 2 months now for BCV, BWV, VWL for a studio for us. It did not come in at 30 days and i put it back on. Still nothing. I can get one of the places, only 2 nights out of 5, but one on the 3rd, the other the last night the 6th. Should i book the separate nights, or keep holding out for a waitlist for all 5 nights together? Any chance of it opening up at all with 23 days to go?

Personally, I'd certainly keep it "all-or-nothing." Waitlists are now filled automatically, and there is a chance they could fill one night automatically and cancel your entire SSR ressie. That has, in fact, happened to people due to glitches in the waitlist procedures.

Frankly, if it were me, I'd cancel the waitlist and just focus on having a great trip to SSR.

I agree. If you end up with only those two nights it would be a lot of switching over 5 nights.
