We are headed to Disney for my dd's 8th birthday, it's special because she's a leap year baby!

We will fly in and stay at ASMo for 5 nights, then on the 9th we are on a 4nt Disney Dream cruise!!

Last May we went to WDW for my eldest DD's birthday and I booked Cinderella's castle for breakfast. Too bad she had a terrible sinus cold and wasn't feeling so great, but my youngest was enthralled!

So she would like the same for her birthday breakfast, but with the cost of this trip I was thinking of having her birthday dinner on the cruise, the character meals are included with the trip.:thumbsup2

Can anyone tell me the differance? Will it make a differance, waiting for the cruise it would be over a week since her actual birthday. Or should I just look into something at WDW?:confused3

There's only one character meal opportunity aboard ship, and it's not dinner, it's breakfast. I think there is some kind of tea with princesses or something but it is not a full meal.

If you want to do the full character meal experience, do it at WDW.
