Should I book at Caribbean Beach next summer?

I am in the process of booking our Disney trip for next summer. We like to go to different resorts each year. We have stayed at all of the moderates except Caribbean Beach, so we were thinking about that resort along with a handful of Deluxe resorts. With all of the construction going on there, I am a bit worried about making a reservation there. We stayed at Coronado this summer with construction and it didn't bother us, however the food court and restaurants were open at CSR. I need some advice before I decide what to do. Should I book at Caribbean Beach?

It's hard to say. There has been no announced completion date for the new waterfront Table Service restaurant or food court. The new DVC building, Riviera Resort, and the 2 gondola stations are not supposed to be completed until Fall 2019.
