Should I be worried

Origionally we were booked for 2 rooms connecting at ASMo. Later my sister had to cancel so we had to get the reservation changed to 1 room. It took about an hour on the phone because she had made the origional ressie under her name so they had to cancel the full thing and rebook under our name and we got a new ressie number. After that everything seemed to be ok we got our letter confirming the changes and all looked good. Well then yesterday we get a post card saying " Welcome to Disney's Pop Century Resort. It's great to have you staying with us." So I called and the lady seemed really confused and not really with it. Finally she says" Ya I THINK everything is ok it shows movies here". She was not very reassuring in her tone so I went on the internet to check and for some reason I could not pull up my info because it was saying my phone number was not the one used to book the ressie which it was for the second ressie so I tried my sisters phone number and they said that ressie was cancelled. Should I call back or just let it go since I do have paperwork confirming everything if I get there and there is a problem I always have the proof in writing.

You cant check phone ressies on line b/c they use different confermation numbers. I would call the ASM directly and make sure you guys have a ressie with them. If they can't give you any info, call central ressies again and ask to speak to a supervisor.
