Should I be expecting stuff like this more often?

We have never received stuff like this? Is Disney starting to send out random stuff to CC members? Just curious.

We have always receive a pic of one of the ships about a month after we take a cruise, never at random times though.

They are supposed to come a little while after your cruise as a thank you. When you get to a new CC level, you are supposed to get a magnet instead.

Oh ok we just got off as our first cruise as gold CC members. Makes sense now.

We value our Castaway Club members. And beginning in February 2014—to show our thanks—you'll receive a small token* of our appreciation when you return home after each cruise.

We commissioned 5 artists to create a series of Castaway Club-exclusive art cards. Collect one after each cruise.* There are 5 cards that you can collect. Each card was designed by a different artist using our Disney ships as inspiration—and showcasing the artist's unique medium and creative vision.

And if you're celebrating a Disney Cruise Line milestone—like your first Disney cruise or your Castaway Club status turning to Gold or Platinum—you'll receive a special car magnet* (in lieu of the art card) to celebrate your milestone and show off your new Castaway Club status.

The designs are a secret for now, so you can look forward to a fun surprise in the mail after your cruise.

One note - the Castaway Club gifts are hit or miss. Sometimes we get them, sometimes not.

We've had random prints sent to us both after a DCL cruise and after a trip to WDW. I've had a couple framed and hung on my "travel" wall. There doesn't seem to be a pattern or regularity to it.

Just luck. We took 3 (different) cruises in 2014, and received two (separate mailings) of the same print afterwards.

i've gotten the same print on the last three cruises, one that I already had. I do have three total, but it would be nice to have the whole collection of five!

We just received the art card with the ship and fireworks on it on Friday. It was for our March 11th eastern cruise. We did a back to back, so we should get another one next week for our March 18th cruise.

This was our fourth art card - so far no duplicates

Hopefully, you'll get one for the B2B. We did a Dream cruise, followed by B2B Fantasy cruises in 2014, and only got 2 cards. Both the same.

The program just started in Feb 2014. Since you'd already been on your first cruise by that time, you wouldn't have gotten anything for it. The second cruise, you were already Silver, so you would have received the art card. Although your parents should have received the Silver magnet

Guess they don't send these overseas. Never received anything after our cruises

We have receieved them after every cruise starting in 2014. We have all 5 and a couple of duplicates now. We have also receieved the magnets for each level of CC. I think it has something to do with your email address and how you note whether you would like to receive promotional items and news from Disney on your Disney account.

We have also had things arrive after our resort stays as well.
