What is more convenient to Epcot, the Dolphin or Swan?

How long is the boat ride to Epcot from the Dolphin of Swan?

How long is the boat ride to MGM from Dolphin or Swan?

Does anyone have any other relevant input on which of these two is better?

Thanks,

I think the Swan is a shorter walk, but the difference is incredibly marginal -- maybe a matter of a few feet.

When are you going? Keep in mind that both the Dolphin and Swan host conventions often, especially during the slow seasons at the park.

The walking difference to the parks is minimal. These resorts both share the same boat dock, so there's no difference there. The dock is equal distance between the resorts. The ride to MGM is about 8 minutes...and to Epcot about 20, as the boats have two stops to make along the way in that direction.

Unless you have a reason to want to take the Friendship boat to Epcot you will make much better time walking. As someone noted, the boat will stop at the Beach/Yacht clubs and Boardwalk before proceeding to Epcot. You will always beat the boat to Epcot by walking.
For the Studios you can make better time with the boat only if one is there boarding when you get to the dock. If you have to wait for one walking would be faster.
The walk to/from Epcot maybe 8-10 minutes.
The walk to/from the Studios maybe 15 minutes tops.
It's hard to give a time for the boat because there are too many variables like the time to wait for one and the number of people getting on and off.
