shortcut to parks

Leaving Saturday for Florida. Staying at Windsor Palms. Could someone please send me the shortcut from there to the parks. I'm having trouble with the search on disboards. We'll also be going to Universal and I'd love directions. Thanks

Turn out of Windsor Palms onto Formosa Gardens Blvd. Go north to 192 (Irlo Bronson Memorial Pkwy). Turn right onto 192 east. At the next traffic light, turn left onto Sherbeth Rd. Follow Sherbeth about a mile or so- it will intersect with Osceola Pkwy. Turn onto Osceola, and the entrance for AK is on the left. Or you can turn right and get to the rest of WDW- World Drive is about a mile away down Osceola.

As for Universal, go to 192E, then get on I-4 north. The Universal exit is clearly marked- I believe it is 75B.

It's marked on this map, use either Line 2 (blue) and then Line 1 (red)
or you can use Line 2 (blue) then Line 3 (green) then Line 1 (red)
The first way avoids 192 except for crossing it.
Click on #13 for Windsor Palms (zoom in a little) and the blue line starts on FG Blvd at the entrance to WP.

Not sure this is really a shortcut unless you're going to AK/AKL. Sherbeth will drop you practically at those spots.

For Universal I'd suggest...

turn left onto Formosa Gardens Boulevard at resort exit
continue about a mile, then turn right onto Funie Steed Road
continue about another mile and turn left onto Morgan Williams Road
continue a short distance and turn right onto SR 192
it's about 2 miles or so to the I-4 on-ramps; take the I-4 East ramp
then go about 11 miles to exit 75A (I think the sign might say International Drive but the exit empties out onto Universal Boulevard)
there are two left turn lanes at this exit, get into the rightmost left turn lane and turn left
it's no more than a quarter mile to the Universal/Islands of Adventure parking garage entrance on the right

total mileage is around 18 miles and it should take 20 to 25 minutes to get to Universal parking assuming that your speed is about the same as the rest of the traffic on I-4.
