Just thought I would post a quick report on our recent trip ....
Arrived in Paris around lunchtime on tuesday 13th Oct.
Great transfer from IS Prestige..... lovely driver, large clean people mover with a DVD playing for the kids.
Arrived at the Sequoina Lodge. Main hotel was busy so no comp upgrade to a montanta room. Stayed in the Yesomite Lodge. Nothing fancy..clean and tidy.
Got to the park around 3.30. Fantasty land is great for younger kids. The park seemed busy to me but we only waited 10 mins max on most rides.
Ate in the rainforest cafe. Lovely athmosphere...food not great. 98 euro for two adult mains and two kids meals and on dessert.
Spent all day wed in the park and had dinner for a birthday in Cafe Mickey. Highlight of the trip. Great character interaction, food was good compared to other places we'd eaten. Unfortuanly both children came down with a chesty cough and high temps so Thursday was a bit of a right off. Hired two pushchairs (7.50 per day) and 70 deposit if you want to take them back to the room.
Thursday was VERY cold...we had to buy hats, scarves and blankets!!
Had to get McDonalds for dinner and take back to the room as kids weren't able to go out.
Friday was our last day ...... managed to do all the rides and then had lunch in Planet Hollywood...expensive. 7 euro for a small milkshake! Food wasn't great so would avoid it !
We loved....Buzz, dumbo, Peter Pan and Pirates.
Overall is was smaller than I had imagined, colder than I thought but just as magical as I had hoped
