Short term Parking at Disneyland Hotel

Is there a place for short term parking at Disneyland Hotel? If so, is there a charge? We will be staying offsite when we go next June and want to go to DLH our arrival afternoon to see the hotel and check out Trader Sam's. I was wondering about driving over there or if we should just plan to walk through DTD to get there. Thanks for any help you can provide!

Disneyland Hotel charges for parking. You can park in DTD for 3 hours for free (another 2 hours with validation, but I don't know if Trader Sam's can provide validation).

Im not exactly sure about Trader Sams but if you go over to any of the hotels and eat at the restaurants and show proof, you can valet 4 or 5 hours without any charge...just be nice and tip the valet guys ...you will have to check if Trader Sam will be a valid place for it though
