Short notice room availability? Better to call or use web?

hello,

My family has to head to Disney a day early (tomorrow instead of Sunday) because of a flight change. When I check the Disney website, I had all value hotels available yesterday but they're all gone today. Is there any chance that a phone call would result in an employee seeing different inventory available? I would call,today but the flight they are on is standby so I will only know in the morning.

Anyone have any better luck with a phone call than a web search? We can get rooms at another resort but obviously a more expensive proposition at $500 a night...

Any advice? We have a backup non Disney hotel, but would prefer for them to be on property right away!

Check airport area hotel and then transfer to Disney in the morning

I would call Disney and check. We've had flights changed due to weather, and sometimes they can work a little magic or move things around for you, no penalty under the circumstances. Good luck.
