My family of 4 is arriving in Orlando before our cruise for a quick WDW Resort stop Thursday October 13, 2016. DHS is the Easy WDW 2nd best park to visit, Crowd Calendar 5. We know it isn't "cost effective" to go to DHS (MNSSHP would be best deal in $/park hours but we spend most of our time in MK on our trips) so after hearing about the less than great JB/ROL show at AK, and slecting Beach Club we decided we want to spend time at DHS another park we do not spend much time in - note that we are hoping they add SWGS and Dessert Party that night.

Flight arrives at MCO 12:05pm
ME to Beach Club, check in, quickly grab snacks to eat on our journey to DHS
Boat to DHS, arrive by 3ish?

First check for any Jedi Training Openings... if there are two, this schedule is all out the window!
4 FP+ 1 TSMM 3:30 - 4:30 PM - ride 330-400
2 Pixie Dust FP - RNRRC 4-5PM, ride 415-440
Opp for Quick Service Food
4 FP+ 2 Star Tours 430-530, ride 5-515
2 Pixie Dust FP - Star Tours 5-6PM, ride immediately after last ride 515-530

SWGS Dessert Party (Fingers Crossed!) - what time would the show/FWs be? 8:30 or 9:30 if it happens?
SWGS

Friday - Beach Club Stormalong Bay chill time (First visit to this resort and a deluxe, wanted to have a resort day and be refreshed to begin the cruise with MIL and FIL Saturday AM - who super generously gifted the cruise to us to celebrate their 50th Anniversary)

a FP given to me due to an issue experienced previously

I think your timeline looks fine.

Assuming you don't need both of the Quick Service meals, I think you're likely to have more time for it during the 4:40-5:15 time frame than during the short break between Little Mermaid and Frozen Sing-a-long. (Maybe the 2 who aren't doing RnRC could order food for all 4 while the other 2 are riding RnRC?)
