Short cut to IOA from HRH

What's the fastest way to get to IOA from HRH? We'll be there for just 1 day during Easter break, probably one of the busiest times of the year. We reach at around 6.45am and we're planning on going to WWOHP as soon as we can.

Any suggestions how we can see all the major attractions/ rides in a day?
