Sorry for this post as I know the question has been asked - and answered - before, but after spending an hour searching and continuously getting 'No Results' I seem to have the limit of my patience.
When can I expect to receive an email from the shoreside concierge team?
Does the email always arrive - or have others never received one?
Am I right in saying that 125 days is the time to put your excursion requests in - or have people put them in earlier than that and still have them acted upon?

They will email at 130 days pre cruise and you can put on requests at 125 days.

Asong as DCL know your email address they will email you.

Do not out in requests before 00.00 125 days out unless there basic requests like rotation in MDR and table size.
