Hi. We're a few weeks out from our 125 day mark. I understand that is when concierge guests can start making requests to the shoreside concierge. Do they contact me and I then reply? Or do I need to initiate the communication?

The majority of us receive phone calls and emails. There are some who have stated that they have not been contacted. If you have heard nothing by the close of day 125, I would call.

I've never been called. I've only received a pre-125 email once. Just email them what you want at 12:01 am at the 125-day mark regardless. Forget the "by the close of day 125". Do it as soon as day 125 starts to beat the rush.

I'm about 3 weeks from my 125 date, and I haven't received any contact from shoreside yet. Just curious--other than a cabana, Palo/Remy, excursions, spa, meet and greet tix, etc...what other things should I ask for? I don't want to sound pompous and make ridiculous requests like a Madonna tour rider or something, but at the same time I don't want to miss out on things that are typically requested and granted for concierge. I've heard things like specific types of sodas in your fridge (even Pepsi products like Mountain Dew), but what else? Concierge is probably going to be a one-time thing for us and so I want to make sure I take full advantage...thanks!
