Getting excited for our first Disney cruise next month. As first-time cruisers, we had last pick of excursions, so for Grand Cayman, we booked an excursion through Shore Excursions Group. I know they're highly recommended, but all-ashore time that day is 10:30 and the excursion is at 11:30, with a recommended arrival of 11:00 and a 15-minute taxi ride to get to the excursion from the port. I know Grand Cayman is a tender port and Disney excursion participants get off first. It seems very risky to me. I've emailed SEG twice to get clarification on whether we can get a refund if the ship docks on time but doesn't tender us on time, but no answer so far.
Has anyone done an excursion through Shore Excursions Group with such tight timing? Alternatively, has anyone missed an excursion with them under similar circumstances?
