Any above average shopping on International Drive? I know there are a ton of places but I do not have time to go to them all. Anyone have any suggestions.

We went to the Mall at Millenia on Monday. This mall is new (opened in October) Upscale and beautiful. It is not on International Drive, but it was very easy to reach via I-4 (exit 78). There were some very nice stores and restaurants, including Bloomingdales, Macy's, Cheesecake Factory, McCormick & Schmick's. We had a nice visit there out of the hot sun.

The Mall at Millenia is the newest and best place for shopping with some superb eateries too. It's just north of I-Drive (and you can reach it from there if you prefer that to the I-4). Right at the top of I-Drive (opposite Belz) is the new Festival Bay. When we were there in May it was all finished - all they need is some tenants!

Pointe Orland is a fun place to shop!!
Skip the mercardo not much there in March! except for the Titanic exhibit and the Hard Rock Vault

Orlando Premium Outlets has DKNY,Burberry,Ferrgamo and alot of others. Great designer labels at great prices. Bring your cc, once you see the great prices you'll shop, shop, shop. We got back 2 weeks ago & dh still isn't talking to me. What I spent there we could of had another trip to disney. But the prices on the bags, especially at burberry couldn't be beat....

Orlando Premium Outlets is absolutely your best bet on I-Drive. (It's south of Sea World, in the newly developed area.)

As a local, I have to say that Mall at Millenia is the most over-rated useless mall ever -- unless you're insanely rich. When it first opened it was the place to See and Be Seen. Now it's the place to forget, lol. It's all Channel, Louis Vuitton, Nordstrom's, etc. I will say that the Macy's is WONDERFUL, but it's the only thing in the mall with any kind of actual value for the money.

Festival Bay will be a wonderful mall when it fills in. At the moment it's got a beautiful Cinemark movie theater, a Ron Jon's surf shop, and a Bass Pro shop, among others. (Be sure to grab yourself a float from the A&W Root Beer!) It's owned by Belz, and sits at the edge of the Belz Outlet complexes, so it's worth a look if you're headed there anyway, or have a special interest in the existing shops.

I've only made it to The Pointe once, and was not impressed. There seemed to be more empty spaces than actual shops. The Dapy store is interesting and fun, but there's another location at Universal's CityWalk, so don't make the effort here. There is no parking beyond the badly laid out (and expensive!) garage, and your ticket is only validated if you eat at a table service restaurant with a bar.

At Orlando Premium Outlet Malls go to the mall service desk located in the food court and show your AAA card. They will give you a booklet with deeper discounts than you would usually get. For example, 20% off at 9 West. This is not what the general public gets. This is also the case for any of the Premium Malls throughout the country. Also check the website. Sometimes they have AAA days where they give little extra perks and deeper discount.
