Does anywhere at the Disneyland parks or downtown sell the Potato Head toys with the Disney parts like they have at WDW?

And....do any of the shops have scrapbook supplies?
I'm particularly interested in the set of stamps that look like the character's shoes

Yes, I saw "build your own Mr. Potato Head" at DCA at Engine-Ear Toys. That's the store located near the front of the park in the train.
