shopping pass - EpCot guest serv - is it avail at Intl Gateway too?

Read on another thread that there is a Shopping Pass still available at EpCot's Guest Services. Is it also available at Intl Gateway?

Actually, all the threads I've read about this in the least few years have indicated that the Shopping Pass is now pretty-much history. Sorry.

1) It is still available.
2) But not from Int'l Gateway.
3) Please DO NOT misinterpret this favor.
4) It is NOT a Carte Blanche shopping pass.
5) It is to pick up SPECIFIC ITEMS from SPECIFIC STORES.
6) When the allowance is granted, you will be asked
. . . WHAT you want to buy
. . . WHERE you want to buy it
. . . upon return, they will check your purchases
. . . if requested items not included, you will be charged full admission price
7) It is meant for things you wanted to buy earlier, but forgot.
8) You cannot use it for
. . . browsing and shopping
. . . getting a last ride or two
. . . trying to get in to watch fireworks
