shopping for elf stuff (nothing like planning ahead)

so... target xmas 75% off.... found some cute stuff for the elves.. (little tiny stockings, cute reindeer ornament, trees.... ) don't forget the mailboxes that are in the $ spot right now. Michael's had some really cute stuff for the elves as well, found an elf size metal sled, some cute 3d puzzles (reindeer with sled and santa in sled) and of course stockings for sleeping bags...

ps: nancy and buffy, gotcha covered on the cute elf size stocking (tree decoration) and the cute reindeer ornament. always looking out for ya

I think I have a metal sleigh in my stash of Christmas totes (in 23 totes, I must have an extra sleigh)....

Love the ornament "carrots for the reindeer" because that is what we leave out every year!! Nothing better than waking up to a welted carrot!

buffy told me I couldn't go shopping anymore... I just want y'all to know that EVERYTHING still fits into one elf tote thing. (all the reindeer, elves, sled, tent, teacup...) my elf notebook is right on top in case I need it to put other stuff in it throughout the year. I did print out the prep and landing stuff (play set, ornaments) and put those in the book because I was afraid they wouldn't be there next christmas

He is so cute but quite a bit bigger than your elves. But thats OK - at least its not a hand painted scary elf!!

they had 3 "elf on a shelf" kits too if anyone needs one at a discount I would be happy to go get it and ship it!

hallmark was 75% off today and had some cute stuff for use with your elf. they had some cute gingerbread house ornaments (felt and cardboard maybe?) that are perfect elf size and the xmas jingle beanies are cute, bought the striped red/green dauchound (sp?) he's super cute and again, perfect elf size... they also had a random elf I've never seen but since he was cute, he came home with me.

There is a website (Elves Around The World) that has the cutest elves around. They have different colored hair and skin to choose from. I think they look like the old fashioned elves like I has when I was a child...very cute and NOT scary!

The "Elf on the Shelf" is around $30, but you should really check out the elves from "Elves Around The World". They are so cute, come in lots of choices and are completely posable. The complete set is around $35, but you get an Elf, a book and a music CD.
