Shopping for cars at dw

I have question for anyone who recently returned from wdw. Are the matchbox cars available anywhere? If so how is the selection? What are the prices. Trying to gather in a few for ds but don't really want to do ebay if I don't have to. Thanks everyone. Michele

In DTD there was a wall of cars- I think they were the matchbox size ones? but I couldn't swear to it-(I would call disney merchandising and check) but they had them all even Sarge!! It was near the Pirate room on a back wall.
