I read the posts about these on twopeas and so of course I went on over to Big Lots to see. Well, the only thing I could find were the small leather frames for 99 cents. I don't know if they just haven't put them out yet or what. I'll swing by there again this week to see. I don't think there's enough scrappers where I live to buy them out that quickly, so they must still be in boxes somewhere. I hope I can find some of the MM snaps!

The link didn't work for me either. I did search gallery and put in PattyT for a username and it worked. Very cool finds and you can't bet the price. I've never heard of Architexture before.
Oh, I wish we had a Big Lots closer to us. I shopped there a lot when we lived in Ga.

stop the madness! now I'm going to have to drive over to our icky biglots and see if they have any... and when they don't I'm going to have to take a consolation trip to recollections and/or memories... then I'm going to have to go to the dollar store to see what new scrap goodies are up there.... Guess on my way to big lots I could stop and vote too. maggie

I had to make a Michaels run this morning (DD needed more paper for her swap stuff) and chose to go to the one near Big Lots. Might as well, right?

Anyway, my Big Lots had almost nothing in their scrap "aisle". It was laughable. But the funniest thing is that as I was walking out, the made an announcement about the next time you were working on a scrap project you should stop in at Big Lots for everything "you could possibly need." I laughed right out loud at that one.

Thanks a lot Patty (I'm sure DH won't be saying thanks though) Our big lots had lots of stuff:

Alpha stax letters (red, pink or christmas)
Scrapbooking "nails" (yellow and maroon)
MM snaps and eyelets (only 3 varieties)
jolee's (small size) (just a few designs)
metal and fabric photo corners
wire alphabets
circle and square achitexture thingies
lady bug and dragonfly charms

lots of other cool stuff too. I spent WAY too much. I did find a nice collectible Ford knife and tin set for DH. He collects knives and Ford stuff, so he'll be happy about that. Maybe happy enough not to yell at me for spending too much

why no, no it doesn't. I could give you my daily shopping schedule if you'd like to join me on my deal finding journeys though. Of course, they won't start up again until the fall when kate is back in school. We have other things planned for the summer. But I'll be sure and let ya know. maggie

Finally, today I found some of the goodies Patty showed us earlier at Big Lots today! I only got one each of the shakers, but I'm sure I need more! My store had the Rebecca Sower shaker boxes in the Apple design with letter beads inside, and also a goblet with red/white heart shakers inside. These are just too cute, and I know I'm going to need another apple one before they're all gone! I did find the Jolee's, but they were small, and I didn't think the deal for $1 was that great.
