Shopping at Disney's Market Place

I hope I am asking this on the correct board.

I read somewhere that the Pantry store does not sell kitchenwear and cooking utensils. If this is true, where can we get those things now? I always spend time looking for something to put in my kitchen and/or dining room that is Disney.

Example, last time we visited I got a Mickey shaped spoonrest for my range and a trivit to match.

I remember seeing a lot more of this in the regular general merchandise shops in each park. The first store on your left as you are walking away from Beauty and the Beast in MGM had some last time we were there and there was also a shop in AK that carried mostly housewares and a large selection of kitchen items.

When we were at the Studios last trip, there was a store there with home/kitchen stuff. I don't remember the name of it, it was the last store on Sunset. It is on the corner as you head toward Beauty and Beast, if you enter from the Beauty and Beast side, there was a whole section there.

There is a Disney at Home or something like that in Downtown Disney. You might find something there that you could use.

FYI the Gourmet Pantry is now closed to make way for the Earl of Sandwich. Try the store at the BW.

BTW, they did sell all kinds of kitchenware while they were in operation.

When we were there in May, at MGM Studios, they had moved the kitchen stuff to one of the stores on the main street that you enter on. It may have been the 5 & 10. It was not in the store by Beauty and Beast.

The store in Disney Studios near BatB now carries Christmas decorations instead of kitchen and home items.

I also remember seeing the Disney At Home store in the Downtown Disney Marketplace, full of cool kitchen and home stuff...

There was a store in the MK that sold kitchen stuff. It was back by the haunted mansion. If you stand looking at the mansion it was on your right by the exit path...
