Here I am last Summer wearing some rather fetching Mickey Mouse slippers, but for 4 points, can you tell me

In which WDW park am I in ? Which shop am I in ? and before tax, how much do the slippers cost ? (2 points for the correct cost and 1 point if a $ out either side)
