Shopaholic Goes Disney.... A Pre-Trip Report (Updated 12/26)

We had a such a good ride on The Jungle Cruise at night, I highly recommend it. It's never been my favorite ride but with the being on it at night and a great skipper, we had a fun time. In general, I think going on some of those outdoor rides at night just gives you a whole new perspective. I really want to ride on Dumbo at night on our next trip.

I am so jealous you are on the deluxe ddp, I would love to try that. We wouldn't have much use for it the first part of our holiday as we will be at SW, BG etc so couldn't make full use of it but for the last part it would be good as we could just resort hop since we are at the Poly. But with the crappy dollar rate for us at the moment it just isn't worth the extra cash

And I cannot believe how much your flights went up by. I think you could get flights with Virgin from here to Orlando for cheaper than that

I am officially 10 days out. Tommorow I will be in the single digits! This weekend I plan to pack and I'm in a bit of a tizzy right now because I can't find my brand new carry-on bag. Hopefully it will show up this weekend.


Here are the plans the tail-end of our trip. Of course, we have to go to Hollywood Studios. Even though I worked there and have very fond memories, it is just not my favorite place. I just don't think that there is alot to do there and the theming seems very dated and blah. (Just my opinion, sorry to the HS lovers.) We are going to eat at 50's Prime Time and I am very much looking forward to that. I hope to have fun interatctions with our aunt/mother/cousin.

On the last morning we are going to have breakfast at CRT. It is one of my favorite places in the world and thanks to the Deluxe Dining Plan, I was able to squeeze it in. In case you've been counting, yes I will be eating with Cinderlla twice, possibly three times if she is at Akershus. I just love her!

No, G is not nearly as excited as me. His excitement will come when we are on the plane flying to Orlando. He never gets excited about anything until the last minute.
