not sure if this is correct forum but wow I've been trying to get through since 10:00 am and cannot!

I've been trying for about a week and a half so far! Got through last Saturday only to be told someone during the week would have to help me and I would receive a call back. I've sent emails and left messages and nothing yet (and I'm missing an item ordered 11/19!) Getting very frustrated...

this isn't helpful, but I called yesterday morning and got through on my second try. took about half an hour on hold, but they were able to resolve my issue.
